DING DONG, THE NUTT IS, WELL, YOU KNOW...
Har-de-har-har...no matter what the writers at the Morning News seem to think, we tend to believe the sports director at KHOG on this one. Mr. Nutt, it would seem, isn't long for NWA...
Multiple sources have confirmed with 40/29 sports director Mark Lericos that Nutt will be leaving at the end of the season. Sources could not confirm whether Nutt would offer his resignation, be fired or possibly accept another position.OK, perhaps it's just wishful thinking here that this might be true. Frank and Houston should buy airline tickets and pick out drapes in Ft. Lauderdale for all we care...place would be better without 'em. Here's the more skeptical approach to this story...
FAYETTEVILLE -- University of Arkansas officials have not yet made a decision on the future of embattled football coach Houston Nutt, refuting media reports that circulated throughout the state on Friday.Yep, and Larry Craig ISN'T gay.
Several sources familiar with the situation said that the university's top officials have not been informed by Nutt that he plans to leave at the end of the regular season.
Jimmy Sexton, Nutt's agent, strongly denied reports claiming that Nutt intends to leave Arkansas for another school after next Friday's regular-season finale at top-ranked LSU.
"There is no truth that, nothing, nothing," Sexton told The Morning News on Friday afternoon. "There is no truth to that whatsoever."

I'm so glad to hear Nutt is on his way out. I wonder if Donna Bragg was his source.
Yep, Ryan, she probably text-messaged it someone 10,000 times and signed off with "xoxoxoxo, honey" when she did. Ride the man out of town on a rail, we say! Tar and feathers are too good for him!
