THE SMEAR: REPUBLICANS USED STRATEGY TO ATTACK BOY
They're not all bad...a staff for Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell apparently sent emails to Washington reporters warning them of a smear campaign against little 12 year old Graeme Foster, the kid who asked Congress to pass the SCHIP financing increase.
More and more people have been coming out against the attacks from Rush, Malkin and the rest of the idiots.
Wonder if they were all reading from the same playbook?
Now some wonder of McConnell lied to the media (answer? YES)
The outstanding Crooks and Liars has the story.

Funny how digging into the facts and reporting them is considered a "smear" by the left.
And leave it to the media to spin the story in such a way as to make it sounds like bloggers and fact-finding reporters are attacking a child by saying they were "questioning the financial status of a boy". What status? The heft of his piggy bank? The only digging that was done was into the financial status of his parents, who were apparently quite capable of purchasing health insurance, yet declined to. How irresponsible. And how childish to assume that the government should take care of your family.
The fact is, SCHIPS is about adults too, and is some cases, more about adults than children. Why prop the children up as human shields in this debate? Oh yea, because liberals never let the facts get in the way of a good Socialist program.
And if that wasn't a good enough argument, maybe I should just use some of your own debating points: Moron, idiot, in need of a brain transplant, and so on.

Gee, if the "socialists" are taking care of the kids, that sounds ok, doesn't it? GW Bush and Rush aren't willing to spend their millions to do it, are they? So, no, it wasn't really a "good enough" argument. You seem to be just one of those people who really couldn't give a damn less about children. Have any of your own, or are you a closeted homosexual like Larry Craig? Let us know, we'd love to hear the answer, O mighty gay grinch.
